You choose the time. We hand-deliver your packages right to you. Nothing is left on the porch.
Your price is based on how many packages are in your delivery. Each box or envelope counts as one package.You can wait and combine orders into one delivery. Most people do. We hold everything until you are ready, then you pay once for that delivery. Payment is required before we head your way. We’ll send you a simple payment link by text so it’s easy to take care of.

1–5 packages, hand-delivered in a two-hour window you choose.

6–15 packages, hand-delivered in a two-hour window you choose.

16 or more packages, hand-delivered in a one-hour window you choose.

Common Questions
We deliver to your door.
We’re your personal delivery people.
You schedule your delivery when it’s best for you and your parcels are never left unattended.
The plan price is based on how many packages you receive. Classic, Select, and Elite are for one-person deliveries. If an item needs two people, a trailer, or extra time, we send a Heavy Item quote before we lock the date.
When all your packages arrive, we will send you a notification by text and email.
We will receive almost any package at our warehouse. Delivery is different.
Classic, Select, and Elite cover items one adult can safely carry and hand to you.
A couch, a mattress, a dresser, a large TV, an appliance, or any item two people must lift is a Heavy Item. Those items get a separate quote before delivery day. If that quote is not approved, we deliver only what one person can handle and hold the rest.
Please contact us if you are shipping or ordering furniture or a household move.
We will inspect deliveries upon arrival with the driver present. If there is any damage, we will document it with videos and photos. We will then contact you for further instructions while the driver is present to get instructions on how to precede.
There isn’t a limit on how long we will hold your packages.
